* Rates based on double occupancy. The French and Country rooms can accommodate three people. There is an additional $25 charge for additional guests beyond two in the French and Country rooms.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances beyond your control may require that you cancel your visit to Berthoud Inn and Events. As we are a small property, it is sometimes difficult for us to rebook a room on short notice. For that reason, we have the following policy regarding cancellations:
- If you wish to cancel your reservation, we must receive notice no later than 7 days prior to your date of arrival.
- Cancellations given prior to 7 days will incur a $40 (per room) cancellation fee.
- Cancellations or changes received within 7 days of arrival will be charged for the first night of your reservation.
We STRONGLY advise our guests to secure trip cancellation insurance to protect against Acts of God or any other unanticipated circumstances/interruptions. We recommend Allianz Global Assistance (Click on the logo below)
House Rules:
- No smoking inside the inn but allowed outside in designated areas.
- No pets except in the Loft Apartment within reason.
