Berthoud Inn and Events is known as the perfect romantic get-a-way and is fast becoming known as “the place” in northern Colorado for intimate weddings, memorable receptions and exceptional gatherings. With dedication to customized wedding packages, private dinners and special events, the Berthoud Inn is ideal to celebrate life’s special occasions… or the perfect spot to create a memory.
OUTDOOR EVENTS
Tranquil garden setting with lawn seating up to 180 guests. A variety of setups are possible based on attendance and preference. Full tented options are available at a VIP rate.

  • Site fee is $2500 and includes:
  • 8 hours*
  • bridal dressing suite
  • tables, chairs
  • linens
  • use of outdoor arch
  • set up
  • clean up
  • planning support and consultations as needed with in-house wedding professional

*An hourly rate of $350 with a 4 hour minimum is also available and includes the above same amenities and wonderful service.

Rehearsal time is offered at $125 for 1.5 hours.
Speak with us about adding additional vendors or personalized features to your wedding package to truly customize and create the wedding of your dreams. Many items such as pillars for flowers, unity candle table, easels for photos, punch bowls, chafers may be available for your use. Upgraded options such as speciality linen choices, in-house florist and designer decorations, site manager/event coordinator are also offered.Our extraordinary In-house catering can present varied menu options for rehearsal dinner and reception; wonderful bed and breakfast accommodations available (seven double occupancy guest rooms).
INDOOR EVENTS
For smaller, intimate or short notice events, our all inclusive packages offer tremendous value.VICTORIAN ELEGANCE – $950.00

Includes a personalized ceremony for the bride and groom with an officiant by your arrangement, fresh florals in your color scheme, including an alter arrangement, bridal bouquet and groom’s boutonniere, one night stay in one of our most romantic rooms (French or Egyptian), a bottle of nice “champagne” or wine, wedding cake for 2, and a gourmet breakfast. This includes the use of our common rooms for 2 hours. Additional guests or add on time may be added for the ceremony and reception for an additional charge.

ROYAL ELEGANCE – $1850.00

Includes all the features of the above package plus, photographer, lovely cake and lavish hors d’oeuvres reception in our elegant dining room for up to 12 people. Additional guests may be added at $20 per person.
